All therapy services are $100 per 60 minute session.

Insurances I take by state are below. Really, just send me an email with a picture of your insurance and I’ll run it and let you know what it tells me. I’m happy to help you find someone who takes your insurance if I don’t. I know it’s a rough process and I promise I’m happy to just provide info if you are confused by insurance.

What do I need for an online session?

Just a private space where you can talk freely, and a stable internet connection. Sessions are done over video, so a laptop, tablet, or phone with a camera works fine. I'll send you a secure link ahead of each appointment.

What if my insurance isn't listed?

Reach out and I'll check your specific benefits. If I'm not in-network with your plan, I can still see you as a self-pay client and provide a superbill for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.

What happens if we lose connection during a session?

If we get disconnected, try rejoining the same link first. If that doesn't work, I'll call or text the number on file to reconnect by phone so we don't lose the rest of the session.
